All things are created by God, including the world. Without this creation our life will be useless. God created beautiful things; one of this is the Planet Earth. Planet Earth is the third planet in the universe. Planet Earth is third planet from the Sun and the fifth largest planet in the solar system. The Earth consists of a gaseous atmosphere, the hydrosphere (all water on Earth), the lithosphere, mantle, and core. Water in the form of the oceans covers approximately 70% of the earth's surface. Earth is the only planet known to support life especially the humans and to have liquid water at the surface. Earth has a substantial atmosphere and magnetic field, both of which are critical for sustaining life on Earth. Earth is the innermost planet in the solar system with a natural satellite – our Moon.
It takes 365.256 days for the Earth to travel around the Sun. 23.9345 hours for the Earth to rotate on its axis. It result that we have day and night.
The planet Earth is divided into three parts, the atmosphere, the hydrosphere and the lithosphere. These parts are very important to in our life.
The first part is the earth’s atmosphere. The Earth's atmosphere has no definite boundary, slowly becoming thinner and fading into outer space. Three-quarters of the atmosphere's mass is contained within the first 11 km of the planet's surface. This lowest layer is called the troposphere. The troposphere begins at the surface and extends to between 9 km (30,000 ft) at the poles and 17 km (56,000 ft) at the equator, with some variation due to weather. The troposphere is mostly heated by transfer of energy from the surface, so on average the lowest part of the troposphere is warmest and temperature decreases with altitude. The second part is the stratosphere. The stratosphere extends from the tropopause to about 51 km (32 mi; 170,000 ft). Temperature increases with height due to increased absorption of ultraviolet radiation by the ozone layer, which restricts turbulence and mixing. The last part is the mesosphere. The mesosphere extends from the stratopause to 80–85 km (50–53 mi; 260,000–280,000 ft). It is the layer where most meteors burn up upon entering the atmosphere. Temperature decreases with height in the mesosphere. The mesopause, the temperature minimum that marks the top of the mesosphere, is the coldest place on Earth. The next part of the Earth is the hydrosphere. Hydrosphere is a layer of water at or near the Earth’s surface. It includes all liquid and surface waters, groundwater and the water on soil and rock, and atmospheric water vapor. Hydrosphere is one of the sources of life. It can be a habitat for all species in the ocean.
The last part is the lithosphere; almost all species live in the lithosphere. The parts of the lithosphere are the crust, upper mantle, mantle, outer core and inner core.
